Former hoops commit Darius Hicks signed sith NCSU over the weekend. He was a verbal to Rick Ray but backed off when RR left.

NCSU is a good program - anybody know the story on him ending up there? I assume we passed on him.

It'll be interesting to watch datcher vs hicks to see if we made the correct decision

Hicks de-committed before ever speaking to Howland. We never tried to get back on him. Hicks is a more athletic Rocquez. He's very athletic & he's an energy guy but he has to improve his skill.

Good for him. Watched him play a couple times, not hugely impressed for how he is rated. Hope it works out for him.
