Dear Ole Miss media,
You ARE NOT at the mercy of Ross Bjork. There is a path to the truth. There is a path beyond Ole Miss stiffarming your FOIA (assuming you've tried extracting information with a FOIA).
If you file a FOIA which Ole Miss does not satisfactorily answer, you can 1) file a lawsuit, or 2) file a complaint free of charge with the Mississippi Ethics Commission. The MEC will be slow. But it will be free and it includes a free lawsuit from the executive branch of our state government. The MEC should also end Ole Miss's FOIA schenanigans permenantly.
So do us all a favor and file with the MEC. We all want the truth. It should be clear to everyone by now that rebels and dawgs alike deserve the truth.
