Isn't Farese (sp?) the same guy who was representing the OM student from Georgia that the Nkemdiches allegedly beat to hell at that fraternity party? If so, that is quite the interesting storyline.

ETA: Nevermind, just realized he was also the attorney for the Nkemdiches. Still interesting nonetheless. Must be the personal counsel for the football team.

Steve Farese does not represent innocent people... that is a known fact (personal knowledge)

He's represented just about every active OM player with legal trouble of any degree for some time now. And Barking is correct, he does not represent the innocent.

Represented Mary Winkler, if I remember correctly. No way she wasn't guilty.

Between Farese, Joey Langston, Dickie Scruggs - they all skirt the moral boundary line.... some better than others....

Someone has to represent all these accused people. It's our right as citizens. If you get sued or accused, he is your man. He must be pretty good. He wins a lot.

I understand... but if you hire Steve Farese, or the others mentioned, it's probably not because you are trying to prove your innocence, it's because you're hoping he can get you off on a technicality. Known fact.... and thank goodness, most still go to jail, but he still gets paid.. bigguns
