Amid rumors that some might be trying to get out of their LOI I would think it wouldn't be hard for the NCAA to get a few of their commits or high targets that went elsewhere to squeal.
You simply tell them that in response for their cooperation they will be allowed to transfer without sitting out and the NCAA will not pursue anything in regards to their elibility from any improper benefits received during their recruitment. Otherwise they risk going down with the ship.
Shouldn't be hard to find several that would take that deal.
Granted every school would be nervous if this happened to them, but ever reasonable OM fan I know (there are a few) are terrified of what's coming down on them.
