I think this is a pretty good situation for Dak. Despite Romo's shortcomings, he's a solid NFL QB that Dak can learn a lot from. I'm glad he isn't in a situation where he'll be expected to contribute right away.

I was on a golf trip in Shreveport, staying at one of the Casino's, just after Dak committed to us. I had on an MSU hat, walking through the Casino, and a young lady that worked at one of the restaurants walked up and said "one of my friends just signed with MSU". I asked her who, and she said Dakota Prescott, then proceeded to tell me how good he was going to be. I really had never heard of Dak, so I just kind of smiled and said I hope so. What impressed me most, was that she was visibly happy for him to be playing college football. I say all this to say that Dak has been one of those people that people around him have loved and rooted for a long time. His personality lifts others around him.
