Mcshay likes him. The other 2 don't. Says he takes too many plays off.

ESPN commentators are dogging his inconsistency. One even said why not take Jones over Kimchee?

I agree that he takes too many plays off. Had he had a consistent motor he does get picked in the first ahead of Robert. I thought it was interesting/cool to hear urban say that Dan said if Chris would have come back for his senior year he would have been a top 5 pick.

Kimbo Spice had a questionable motor as well. Except for when he was playing offense

I was talking to a sec fan today about the draft. I said the same thing when asked about CJ. I don't like Kiper bad mouthing him on TV in his moment but I agree with his assessment and really believe CJ was just starting to figure it out. He would have produced more in '16.... But where he was picked......you can't blame him now. Bird in hand....

Yep! NFL network way ahead of Espn. I don't even watch ESPN for analysis on football or baseball anymore just for the games. NFL network and MLB network are the best for analysis.

Nobody's taken Dak yet? I was hoping for Denver.

Denver moved up to take Paxton Lynch.

Next likely spot is the Cowboys at 66 or Bills/Cardinals.

Sorry Dawg496 but after taking Jaylon who can't play this year, our owner has his eye on a kicker with recurring incontinence and locked knee. He might be ready by 2018.

Whats y'all prediction on Dak?

I'm thinking Dallas picks him. However I'm concerned Jerry Jones will select Brandon Allen..... Woo Pig and all that garbage...

Redmond to San Fran early 3rd. Ahead of Dak.

Dak to Houston at 85? Looks like the next best chance for him to go.

Texans take Braxton Miller. Now I have no clue. Steeler at 89? Cardinals at 92? I think he falls to at least the 4th round at this point.

Looks like Dak may slip to the 4th or later. Pitt at 89 and Cleveland at 93 are the only teams that may go QB for the rest of the 3rd round. Guess we'll see what happens. With Philly and Denver already getting their guys, it's really just those two teams and Dallas that might take him in the middle rounds.

I don't think that's it. It's just a really weak QB class, and people are picking other positions, as evident of Cook also still being available. Jacoby Brisset is a wtf pick, tho. Dak and Cook are better than him, but I guess they liked him for some reason.

Brissett looked marginally better than Relf when we played them in the Belk Bowl. The fact that he got picked in the 3rd round is dumbfounding.

Just for posterity, his stats against Tolando and friends in our secondary: 12/28, 1 TD, 2 INT, 7.6 YPA, 31.6 QBR

Weird pick for Cleveland going to weak armed USC QB. USC always seems to have great WRs and don't have to have great QBs. Every USC QB has been garbage. It blows my mind he goes above Cook and Dak.

I would also take Cardale Jones or Hogan over Briskett or Kessler.

Well, there is one thing we should have learned about Dak.over the years.... When he is counted out, an underdog, he performs his best. He will get drafted at some point. He is a much better passer than what he is given credit for. This idea that he is a running QB has always been a bit of a misnomer.
