Steve Farese, Tunsil?s attorney, attacked the lawsuit and its timing in a statement released to The Clarion-Ledger late Wednesday afternoon.

?The lawsuit filed against Mr. Tunsil appears to be yet another attempt by Mr. Miller to damage Mr. Tunsil, his family, and the University,? Farese said in the statement. ?This unsavory attempt to obtain money from a talented young man is a sad example of the times. The timing of this suit, on the eve of the NFL draft, speaks volumes as to Mr. Miller's motives.

They really tweeted it to our football team. Call this black helicopter, but I think they did it on purpose to try and push the narrative we are behind all their woes and NCAA anguish. Nobody can honestly believe that someone at the CL doesn't know which of the major universities uses Hail State. Name the only major university that has State in their name. This was deliberate.
