I have been told that Tony Conner may be one of the Wayne Co. Academic "ginny pigs". I know he was injured last year, but his name has sorta been kept quite in his roll for this upcoming season. Any thoughts?

No. If he was in any danger of being in trouble with the NCAA he would've entered the draft.

I'm not sure if he could because he had a 2nd surgery after the season. He wouldn't have been able to perform any of the drills.

Pretty sure I have seen his name floating around the "Ginny mill"

He definitely had "help" becoming eligible but I don't know if he was one of the false ACT kids. Being from SP I'd think they'd just tweak his grades enough to get by the ACT.

Good point. He might have a better financial projection in the league with a healthy year under his belt, whether he plays or not.

I kept reading that he didn't graduate due to not passing the state exit exam. Now, if he took his ACT in waynesboro, then we have a good idea about what happened there as well.

Tony will be the reason that wins end up being vacated. Mark it down.

Kids that can't pass all 4 of the state test, being recruited by OM, rumored they can go to Cohoma CC and get a $500 GED. And in the past, if the ACT was a problem then on to Wayne Co to master that bad boy.

From a source I trust but can't reveal, someone else took Tony Conner's ACT for him. Hope this comes out.

Yes they did and the Tire Man paid for it to happen. And the guy that took it was much, much more light skinned than Conner. But sometimes old women in Waynesboro don't notice

It will take the waynesboro lady talking for that to happen.

once again, wasn't it popular opinion that saban was highly pissed when conner ended up being eligible? The story went that there was no way he was going to make it and bama had written him off.

And didn't conner say something to the affect that olemiss was the only place that he would be eligible?

I have heard Saban took this to the ncaa because he knew for a fact that Conner was not eligible. Saban recruited Conner hard and visited Usp.
