I think it is great that he is doing this.

Did he say during spring game broadcast that he has never competed in a race, or was I dazed by the poor OL play? Fairly certain he said that. If so, then how did he qualify for the Boston Marathon?

I thought it was weird that Adidas had to give him a waver to run it. Is the marathon a Nike event or something? Even if it was that is taking branding a little too far.

You have to qualify for the Boston Marathon and pretty much be a total running bad ass to make it on merit. Waivers are for people/charities that otherwise would never qualify.

He said something about Adidas helping him get into the race I think.
