Just happened to see a headline while checking the CL yesterday about a Korean war POW coming back home. Curious, I read the story about the remains of Dudley Evans coming back to Greenville, MS for burial. My grandmothers maiden name was Evans, my middle name. My dads family was from Greenville. After making some phone calls I found out that Dudley Evans was my dads first cousin, who was killed by a Chinese soldier on a POW march to a POW camp. Dudley died 4 years before my Dad was born. My brother & I (MSU alum's) and our wives will be traveling back to Greenville next Friday to honor a relative we've never met. A Patriot!
