This team has balls of steel folks. We beat UF AND the umpires this weekend. There were several instances where we wouldve lost the lead the past two seasons but we've got a gritty bunch. Best example is Jake Mangum, dude just fights his ass off and finds a way. This team has an it factor. Hail State

He was the most impressive of the group, which is why he didn't have to battle as much. The OP specifically referenced 'gritty' and fighting, so I was going that route.

All 3 pitchers were good...even when they knew they were getting robbed. Marrero is an absolute studd. May be the best reciever we've had in a LONG LONG time.

He stepped up big time today!! I knew it was in him!! Now, Wes needs to find what makes Vance Tatum tick and maximize his stuff.

The balk today was an example of that...but instead of folding he righted the ship and was a huge reason we win today. Hopefully today was a step in the rite direction from a mental standpoint cuz he's definitely got the stuff to be very good.

Behind the Plate Ump was garbage Sunday!! Humphries should've had atleast 3 strikeouts that weren't callled!!!
