Wow, that would be quite the jump. Looking at the listing he has us projected second in the SEC behind KY as we are the only 2 SEC teams in that preseason Top 25 ranking.

wow was my thought as well. TAM, AUB, & ALA were the only other SEC teams "considered" in this poll. Nice to see us get the benefit of the doubt for once. I wonder how much this ranking is predicated by Newman's return.

Will be interesting to see what happens with Malik. I don't see anyone that currently has him anywhere near the first round and only a couple of mock drafts that even have him in the mid to late second round. Of course I realize that could all change once he starts working out for various teams.

A littler overzealous for next year, IMO. I still think NIT would be a solid season.

If we get this grad transfer from Arkansas State and Newman returns we are filthy talent wise.

Yeah, but we will be soooo young. There will definitely be some growing pains. Hopefully they can gel.

Livingston is old as dirt and Spoon is more like an upperclassmen than a sophomore plus we will have IJ too. That means 3 of the 5 starters have lots of experience.
