Walker Robbins, Mitchell Miller, Graham Ashcraft, Reed Smith, and Chase Goldwater (JUCO) are our biggest draft risks.

We should get most of them though.

Thanks Todd. And Tang Google can't give you draft risks.

Come on Goat, there's not near the coverage for baseball recruiting as there is for football and basketball. This is a legit question for the board

College baseball info isn't often easy to find online. You'll have better luck with softball probably.

There's a website called Baseball Factory that looks like it's probably the best source for baseball recruiting. We had 3 signees in their top 100 last year (Fenter, Riley, Pickett) and obviously didn't end up with any of them. They've only revealed 81-100 so far for this year, but they have Ashcraft #92. And I would assume they'll have at least Robbins in there as well.

14 of the 16 are from Mississippi? That can't be correct right?

No. Russellville HS is in AL, for example, as is Pelham. Goldwater is from TX and Temple CC is not in MS. Loganville HS is in GA. Ravenwood HS is in TN. Barron Collier HS is in FL. And on and on.

Only 7 of the 16 are from MS.

For all the crap thrown at Gene he actually does a pretty good job covering baseball recruiting.

10 high school players. I count 11, so it looks like they're just missing one.

ETA: Click on us and they're missing Denver McQuary.

The Vanderbilt situation is getting to be ridiculous. In that listing they are a full 1.5 points higher on average player commit ranking than anyone else in the entire Top 25 recruiting list.

Gene and that Mstatebaseballfan guy both have good lists that come up with a Mississippi State baseball signees Google search. Perfect Game too.
