Just looked a USCe's schedule, and they have a pretty easy road for the most part going forward. Yes they go to Vandy, and play Florida & A&M, but sitting at 6-0 with remaining series against Tennessee, Georgia, Kentucky, Missouri, and Alabama left has them sitting in a pretty good spot.

Yeah- but we got to find a way to claw to that 3rd spot at worst. 4th likely gets a host- but we want a Regional we can control thru 2 games. We have got to pick someone for Sunday and leave them out there the next 3 weeks to pitch awhile. Let one of these young guys grow up under fire. We're giving up big runs anyway on Sunday- give one of them 5 innings over and over to see if they can flip that switch.

I agree. I think if Pilk looks good against USM tonight, you have to reward him by giving him a shot at the Sunday spot. He will have earned it.
I thought we pulled Keegan too early Saturday. We have to pick a guy and show confidence in him.

That lineup was loaded. Pitching depth wasn't unreal, but had a legit ace in bobby reed and legit closer in Pete. It's the one that got away for sure.

I don't know what happened because I was living Up North at the time and would see at most a sentence in the USA Today.
I do know we were ranked #1 in the country going into the regional and ended up losing to North Carolina.
