The only colleges I would worry about would be somewhere like Kansas or a top five program. He can win and win big here and we can pay him more then what he made at UCLA. I have no idea how much they pay him- but it's enough their people branched out to us to get him hired. Nike pays a ton to Sha-chef-ski, Cal, Roy, and other bigtime programs- those guys get multi-millions. I would be shocked if it wasnt 7 figures Howland is getting
