If you ignore the absolute abandonment of officiating in the second half completely, yes. We were lucky. But that 20-0 run wasn't all evenly called. We played terribly and the officiating was just as bad.

The refs had more to do with it than we did. The took us totally out of rhythm when we were rolling. For 10 minutes it was ALL one sided. You could tell from their faces that they eventually realized it and started calling it more straight up. It was as much the no calls as it was the calls.

I don't think we really have a chance in hell to beat UCONN, but if we play like we did in that first half of this game against them we could give UCONN some fits with our D. The problem is we depend on Vivians too much and she is basically our offensive production. If only Okorie and McCowan knew how good they could be. We could have one of the best front courts in the country if they were more aggressive on the offensive end. Those two could be unstoppable. Our defense will keep us in any game if we turn up the intensity but we will just lack too much on offense to keep up with them.
