I had to look that up. Was drafted 1st round in 2013 out of high school. Failed physical and Marlins withdrew their offer. Midway through his freshman year he left a game with arm issue and had TJ surgery later. Didn't play last year.

Good starting pitching, good hitting....just need to tighten up the pen and see who we can count on and we'll be looking pretty good. I never dreamed we'd have only one loss in the stretch of UCLA, USC, OU, USA, and 2 vs Oregon. That's strong. I wish we would have beaten OU, but still...a win tomorrow would put us in about the best shape we could imagine heading into a brutal SEC schedule. Great win, Dawgs!
