Where's his name on these mock drafts? Here's your sign Malik. We can't make you see it or understand it though. You're gonna have to do that and accept it on your own. Rooting for ya man.

Only one of these lists Newman at all and its in the 2nd round. There will be 10+ players that are about to rise significantly over the next couple of weeks during the NCAA tourney. Newman will not be among those names. There is only one choice here. Newman HAS to come back.

It's sinking in with Malik and his people that he isnt going to be a One and Done millionaire. After being told that the last few years- it takes some time to accept when you have those visions. Things will calm down the next couple of weeks and hopefully he will make the correct decision and come back to State

Isn't Malik friends with kegler? If so, that could help us

It's sinking in with Malik and his people that he isnt going to be a One and Done millionaire. After being told that the last few years- it takes some time to accept when you have those visions. Things will calm down the next couple of weeks and hopefully he will make the correct decision and come back to State

If he comes back to State and we put him at the SG and Q at the SF, he will be All SEC next year and we will be an NCAA tourney team. He would be a key for us. That would also get him to the first round of the draft and he can be a 2 and done. Nothing wrong with that. You know who else was a two and done? His idol, Russell Westbrook. Nothing wrong with a two and done and he also would get to play with Mario Kegler one more time which would be great for both of them.

Yes, he also helped put us over the top with Kegler in our recruitment.

He's in college to get work at playing PG to help him at the next level
