Don't know about last year after 3 weekends but right now RPI is 64 and SOS is 167. But here is all you need to know about RPI at this juncture of the season---Central Connecticut State is #1 and St. Bonaventure is #3. It may start to shake out in 2-3 weeks, maybe.
