Yeah, I think they are taking the place of Learfield or ISP, whichever does Auburn sports.

I presume it's for anything the SECN chooses not to broadcast? Golf, volleyball, coaches' shows, etc.?

I don't think it has anything to do with TV. It's radio sports, advertising, coaches shows, etc. Fox Sports is getting into the college sports radio production side of things as well as marketing. I'll bet ESPN follows suit in the near future. I'll imagine Learfield and ISP will eventually be bought out by Fox or ESPN.
