Edit Avatar Help

I tried to change my avatar and now cant add a new one. When I press the "reset fields" button nothing happens. Any suggestions? Screenshot below...

Use option 1 or 2 to enter a new avatar. Press save changes.

I don't have any options? When I try to un-click do not use avatar nothing happens. Have tried in several browsers.

Did you go to Settings, top right - and then Edit Avatar on the left?

If so, not sure what to tell you.

I did. That's where the screenshot originated. Really weird.

You're not in the right area. You need the one that has "edit avatar" on the left side of your profile. Click that, hit upload picture, find picture, click save.

Looks like you're in the right place. Not sure why the reset is not working for you.

Try hitting reset fields and then hitting option 2 upload pic then save

Nothing at all happens when I hit "reset fields". I think this is where the problem is. I just tried emailing the website host maybe they'll respond.

log out, log back in. still not working try a hard reset of your device then try again.
