-UTC is 11-5. They have played an SEC team, Kentucky, and lost 6-2. They have wins over Morgan State, Liberty, Akron, Dayton, Wright State, Detroit Mercy, Eastern Illinois, Miami (Ohio), Northern Kentucky and Bethune-Cookman (2).

-NWSU is 11-4 with wins over DePaul, Oklahoma State, Texas State, Abilene Christian, Alcorn State (2), Liberty (2), and Murray State (3). They have played Baylor twice, losing 10-0 and 4-3. They also have a 9-5 loss to North Texas who has smoked Baylor twice. They could be trouble.

-Longwood is 7-2, having beaten Winthrop, Hartford (3), UNC-Greensboro, and Monmouth (2). They have two close losses, 2-0 to South Carolina (14-2) and 2-1 to Ohio (6-3). This game has a special interest.

-UCA is 11-5 with victories over SE Missouri State, Southern Mississippi (by a 9-0 margin), Samford, UAB, Arkansas-Pine Bluff (2), Middle Tennessee State (2), Lyon College (2), and Belmont. They have played some tough teams, but lost by huge margins to all of them, two to Oregon, one to ULL, South Dakota State, South Alabama. They were outscored 47-4 in those five games. Brave bunch, but we should have no trouble with them.

I'll have to add to this later as I'm at work and have a briefing to go to.

What is the story on Alexis Silkwood? Any timeline on possible return?

I still have not heard anything on Silkwood and at this point I have no reason to think we'll see her this weekend. We go out west for one more weekend of multiple non-SEC games before conference play. 17 games in I'm wondering why we haven't seen her if it's a "slight" injury, which is the only thing I've heard. We play UCLA next weekend along with Cal-this&that. I'll be concerned if she doesn't play. I really wish she could get a few warm up games before SEC play.
