Haha it was a creation of leftovers from the weekend:
-tortilla chips
-cheddar cheese
-smoked boston butt (pat dry with paper towel)
-leftover roasted potatoes cut into small pieces
-baked these ingredients until cheese was melted and pulled pork ends turn a little crispy
-added homemade cole slaw and drizzled Chef Tim Love's BBQ sauce on top to finish it off http://lovebodega.com/collections/flavor-essentials/products/taste-of-chef-tim-love
-it was paired with an Abita StrawGator (first time I have tried it and I really enjoyed how light and refreshing it was)
