She never moved to TTown with Kiff.... This has been in the works for a while. He's been divorced for a while in his mind tho.

Or, he probably went through a depressing time adjusting from being the head coach at USC, to being unemployed, to being demoted to an assistant coach. All the while, no one comprehending that USC was on probation, and hordes of people hating on you because your family was successful. The wife probably was enjoying being the top dog's wife, rather than standing by her husband during a tough time in his career. Likely that it stung her catty little priss image a little.

Or, it was Joey. You know, the guy that somehow raked in college chicks yet with no pics, in the most public era of social media ever. Yep, going with option 1.
