Is Mingione a player's coach?

When you have a strong personality like Cohen at the top, you have to have a good player's coach to keep things together in the locker room and offer that personal connection. Is Mingione that guy?

He is 180 degrees from Cohen on many fronts. Not all. But many. So I'd say yes.

However I havent audited the roster but it may take one more year to get the last few gone that still see him as big brother rather than asst. coach. Thats a function of him being the #4 guy behind Lane and Butch.
