Add Marrerro and that's 3 freshmens on opening day. Mangum is the surprise there getting a start over Cody Brown or Michael Smith. But as we know in the Cohen era, little weight should be put into an opening day lineup. All mentioned should get plenty pt this weekend.

Exactly, I hope he proves me wrong but I just don't get batting Humphreys in the middle of the lineup. In 2 years he's never batted over .250 and from my understanding even struggled some during summer ball. I hope Reid is a defensive whiz at 3B because we cut the 3rd baseman that batted over .300 last year. Oh well, it is what it is.

Luke Alexander almost exclusively hit left handed his senior year just to develop his switch hitting. He is going to be a baller. He is also from my hometown. Best athlete to probably ever come out of Belmont.
