McDaniel has had an offer from MSU for a while. He just took his ACT that's why he's just now taking OV. South Carolina & MSU seem to be the main 2 pursuing him with Carolina thought to have the edge. If he qualifies he's done some miraculous work these last 6 months to a year. Bring him in hope for the best & if you get him but he doesn't qualify send him to Co-Lin for 2yrs.

it is interesting...it is funny that your response is actually what you accused me of. Reading WAY too much into me saying that it is interesting. I didnt say it was ground breaking or HUGE news or anything. Just an interesting tidbit that he attends the same school as Nkemdichies.

It's not really interesting though. We offer a lot of players who went to the same high schools as high profile OM players formerly did. There's nothing remarkable about it.

This. It's that time of year where we offer many kids for the '17 class - so he went to the Kimchees HS, so what. I'm sure there will be other kids we offer that went to the same HS as bear players- not sure why this is news. If anything I'm just happy to see more offers go to out of State kids. Means Dan has finally accepted that we must do better in that areas. Not trying to call out the OP but just in general, people nowadays tend to freak out about every little thing, tweet, etc., they see online.
