Senior guard Craig Sword drew three a season-high three-charges against Georgia to give him a
team-best 14 on the year. Fred Thomas and Johnny Zuppardo are second with 5.
In just 23 games, Malik Newman has already drained 54 3-pointers. That?s currently tied for the
third most by an MSU freshman with Dee Bost. Barry Stewart holds the record with 68.
When shooting below 45 percent on the year, the Bulldogs are 1-11.
Craig Sword needs just 16 more points to become the 16th player in school history to total 1,400
for a career.
Gavin Ware leads the SEC and is 12th nationally with his .623 FG percentage after making 6 of
his 9 shots against Arkansas.
Gavin Ware currently has an ESPN player efficiency rating of 30.24, 12th nationally and second in
