Our pitchers, for the most part, have definitely been missing "intent". You've got to have that "here's my pitch, let's see if you can hit it 17er" type mentality otherwise you're not a pitcher, youre just a thrower.

I was thinking the same thing. We might see one of their guys charge the mound or something.

I do hope and I think it will translate to the rest of the team as well. We haven't had pitchers with that attitude since Holder, Lindgren, Graveman, and Girodo were pitching for us. It's not a coincidence that two of those guys are in MLB already and I think the other two have a better than average chance of making it as well.

At any rate this is more about changing our pitchers attitudes than anything else.
