The most consecutive judge on the supreme court died today. This will allow that gun hating POS in Washington to change the direction of the court from conservative to liberal, as in BYE BYE second amendment.

Yes we did. About to find out if our Republican leadership can stall or hold this nomination until November.

I want to say yes, but their track record has not been very good recently.

This definitely changes the complexion of the campaign.

You mean the justice who agreed that regulating certain types of guns or who could purchase them was well established by the 2nd amendment? Because that was Scalia.

Since basically no justice disagrees with that, I think he was referring to Scalia because he is one of the five votes that actually believes the second amendment means what it says, and that the people have a right to own guns outside of regulated militias.
