Question about the staff shake up

With The hiring of Brad we currently just have Sleepy's role to fill. If the rumor is true of another on the field hire then do we create a position in the office for sallach? I cant imagine sallach taking sleepys role, so where do we stand?

The rumor on the street is that Peterson will replace Sallach after the 2016 season. If that is true, I suppose Sallach will move to the desk at that time or go elsewhere.

Contract obligations? I don't know but a guess he might have another year or buyout

Both him and his wife work at MC. From what I've heard, he's starting at MSU immediately, but his wife will finish out the school year.
