Question: Why would the NCAA hammer a player who testified about improper recruitment from a school he didn't sign with?
Answer: they wouldn't. They are investigating UM, not us. They won't even ask about his recruitment by us.
Did Doug Buckles get in trouble for the unseemly $20 he got on his visit? No, but it sure as Hell made it into the official charges against us.
Just some food for thought. The whole thread about us getting hammered for UM misdeeds is a waste of time, but it's going to be spun like a roullete wheel by our friends to the North.
