Question on the NOA

Was talking about this with a guy earlier. If the NCAA does not issue a second separate NOA but goes the addendum route, does that keep resetting the 90 day clock every time they add to it? We're already looking at mid-April before we are guaranteed to get specifics, but if they come out in late March and add something else and that does indeed start the clock over then we are in June before anything is made public. If it doesn't start the clock over then no biggie. I would hope the original NOA still has the 90 day window and then each addendum gets its own 90 day window.
