Some guy named Archie from Ocean Springs was trying to get him to talk about what he knew and who he was hearing it from. His new position on the matters is just gonna have to sit back and see what happens.

You see the problem with the Bears are that they are navel gazers. They talk in circles with people who already agree with them. When discrepancies (lies) enter into the discussion there is no one rational to weed it out. Therefore their lies become more and more elaborate and they become more and more emboldened in these lies. Thank God some of them visit ED every once in a while and get a dose of truth serum.

"Backing off" is an understatement.

Paul just feeding them rope. Last week set the stage for the self righteous one to proclaim himself as such. Paul gave him an open floor to do so and the Paul appears to embrace that falsehood. Make the tower taller so when it is destroyed, with help by him like revealing a new twist, it crashes down and destroys their little playhouse. Paul knows how to set up a story that will get the most play.

Finebaum all but said his trusted Ole Miss source lied to him. What this means is the situation is bad enough that well-positioned Ole Miss people are being forced to lose credibility over this issue.

It ought to trouble Ole Miss fans even more to hear Paul say that a continued investigation after an NOA is delivered is a very bad sign. That is exactly what is happening now.

I think this is exactly what he's doing. There was nothing to gain by contradicting the spin on the initial report. All that would have done was make for a bunch of he said she said stories. He let them have their little spin and set themselves up to be humiliated
