and mostly sunny with warm days leading up to next Friday. I know it's 9 days out but maybe our resident weather geeks can chime in and support this great beer drinking and grilling out forecast for Dudy Noble.

Never trust a long range Starkville winter forecast.

Dudy Noble has set world records for February cold but a man can dream so I'm going all in on this forecast. If it's wrong I vote to ban all people in the weather industry for life.

Hmmm. Nine days out. I'm guessing at least one or two games cancelled due to snow.

You sound like a veteran, it was cold at Dudy in '82 but don't forget about our new carbon reality, it will be a balmy 72, the 10 day forecast has spoken!

Ha! You right, Schultzy. A grizzled DNF veteran for sure. Hope the 10 day holds. But I bet even Ref won't weigh in on this one.

He hates extended forecasts but I'm still trolling him hard. I know better than to get my hopes up but there's so many warm days leading up to next Friday I can't help it and I'm gonna get roasted on here if I've jinxed it

Well, I don't care what the weather does I'm gonna be there rain, snow, sleet or hail. I duck hunt and have any and all of the necessary apparel. If they play ball at DNF on the weekend, I'm there. On that note, we got screwed on the conference schedule this year. Royally. Three Thursday-Saturday weekends and every one at home. That sucks.

Three! That's damn pathetic and the total opposite of the DH Saturday I miss so bad plus the home field advantage it provided. I'll be there too no matter the weather which is why I'm hoping the forecast sticks.

Yes. It's ridiculous to have 5 SEC home weekends and be forced to have three of them start on Thursday. SEC office needs to do a better job at scheduling.
