REGARDLESS of if there is a second letter to come, Bjork can release the document and could have released it the moment he received it. Once a LOI is received, it is up to the institution to release the letter or specific details at any time. Bjork chose to sit on the document to get past National Signing Day.
Bjork has lied for three years about the investigation. The Ole Miss athletic department lied when stating that the violations were just a few and all predated Head Ball Coach Hugh Freeze. Bjork continues to lie about his authority to release the letter.
