I know we are expecting him to be here a few years but guys if he keeps his consistency up throughout the season does he get drafted? This kid is lighting it up for a freshman. This may be stupid but does he have 1st round potential? I think he would benefit by coming back for a year or two more but if he gets the right money thrown at him does he stay? Potential freshman All-American.

Scouts who came to see Malik in practice before the season were asking Howland about Q but surely we keep him at least one more year.
I'm still hoping Malik will come back too but that's difficult to gauge.

I hope Q is a 1st round pick next year. That'll mean he had an unbelievable year. We'll have wright and carter to take up Q's slack. I want our players to get drafted as EEs... It will help us get more 1 and dones

No. He's not even on draft radar right now. Q is playing great ball & doing a little bit of everything for us but he hasn't shown the NBA what his skill set is in the league right now. Once he gets back to his natural position & refines his skills he could definitely end up a 1st rd pick but right now we have nothing to worry about.

He's a tad undersized for the modern NBA 2. He'll be drafted eventually, but he'll need to fully polish his game first.
