Here's what I see here: two of O's three stops listed above don't benefit a whole lot from a single ace recruiter; they recruit well enough on name alone. At the odd one out, Freeze was also there.

In other words, is O really that great of a recruiter, or was it someone else doing the work at the one place that actually took some effort to recruit to?
