Who executes plays dumb ****. I am not going to blame a shit senior class that Ray gifted us on Howland. We will kick ass next year but I am not blaming this on Howland. Shit, Howland was the reason we were in this game by a lot of the offense he draws up. Give Howland Peters/Q/Kegler/Holman/Herard and he would kick the shit out of the starting five he starts now. I'm just starting to think Howland is a superior team builder and a good, but not great coach. In the end, who cares how he wins? I just see why I think it takes Howland a few years to win now... Bc he's a superior recruiter and I'm fine with that

Either that foot injury is worse than we thought or he just doesn't have the quickness that everybody thought he did. I certainly haven't seen it. He has a great outside shot when he has a look, but the rest of his game is... meh

I actually think that Avery Johnson is a good coach. They basically bodied him up and fouled the **** out of him without the ball and bothered him. Smart because you are forcing the ref to call fouls which they didn't. Alabama is shit too but they play together and have one guy they absolutely depend on. Had the Q non foul/foul thing happened we would have finished this off. That four point swing in this game was the difference. We may have wilted down the stretch but the refs dictated the outcome.

We have a lot of crappy seniors who have caused a lot of chemistry issues on this team and forced this team into oblivion. Ready and Sword have lost us a TON of games no matter who the coach is. Sword basically ball hogged it down the stretch in regulation and Ready (who missed the layup btw) finished off screwing this team in the ass in overtime. Those two guys down the stretch have killed us so much that it doesn't matter anymore. My point is no one could win with this team. Not Coach K, not Wooden, no one.

I think this baseball team is a 50 win team if we can have at least one freshman pitcher step up. We have power hitters too finally in the lineup. Will be interesting to see. Our OOC schedule has to be #1 in the country. If we have a good record heading into the SEC season watch out.

I think Johnson is the best pick up that Cohen could have made and I am glad that the transition was smooth between losing Thompson at the right time with the new ball and gaining a pitching coach like Johnson who gets the most velocity out of his kids. We have a number of power arms on this staff and great starting pitchers who fit better with a pitching coach like Johnson rather then a pitching coach who has been known for developing the back end better. I think both Hudson and Sexton will be great starters for us and will give us a chance to go into quite a few Sunday's with a chance to sweep.

Yea I really like the Johnson hire. And it'll be good to have a more traditional pitching rotation instead of just piecing games together with the pen. I liked Thompson but that part of his strategy always drove me crazy
