that's tough to go thru at any time in your life- but especially now when you are in college competing in a sport like football. You want that person to be able to call and talk to for guidance, assurance, etc- and now he is no longer there.

I think he's been back at practice since. Hate that he has to endure that right at the beginning of the season. It's tough any time, but being busy and not being able to just shut down and spend time with loved ones for a while has to be extra tough.
