There's a ton out there right now. I'm going by what I initially heard:

1. The NCAA tied up this investigation
2. The NCAA's 2nd investigation- still on-going- is football only

The best thing that can happen for UNM is for Tunsil to be mentioned in this first NOA. If he is, then that issue (and likely all others) is dead and closed and there doesn't really seem to be any basis for a 2nd investigation. If, however, Tunsil is NOT mentioned in this NOA, then we can certainly expect a second one to address his (and potentially other) violations.

Of course, though, if he's not mentioned, UNM folks will crank up the spin machine and say "See, no Tunsil, no Freeze violations. This is all old stuff...nothing to worry about."

Going to be real interesting to see what's included in this NOA.
