I'm no legal expert, but of all the frivolous crap that gets pushed through the court system today, I'm sure Keenum and Strick could find some way to legally keep newspapers and various other outlets at bay. Maybe not completely but at least some way to soften the blow. There are ways to minimize damage that some writers want to inflict on State I'm sure. Hell, it might take a little cash to keep their mouths shut, but whatever it takes that's what we need to be doing.
