Agree w/ Hevsey, but will never happen. We all know this.

Mine:
QB- Johnson
RB- Knox
WR- Billy G
OL - Hevesy
TE/ST - Shane Beamer type coach

DL- Turner
DC/LB- Sirmon
DB- TBuck
DB - recruiter (go through drills but let TBuck do the teaching)

We are close, just need to get rid of Sallach. I still don't to this day understand why we moved him to an office job, and then when Brewster left, moved him back to TE. This shows that Mullen sees his limitations and that there are better options out there, and that HE WOULD ACCEPT AN OFFICE JOB but yet, thinks it is fine how it is and refuses to do it.

Dear Dan,

There is a reason no one comes after Hevesey and Sallach like they do your other assistants.

Sincerely,

Lumpy

So you would have 6 offensive coaches and 3 defensive coaches? I believe the better solution, as many have mentioned, is to put Sallach in an office and do something with that position. We could get either a TE coach that was a great recruiter as many teams do or we could get the special teams person you seem to want and blend TEs into the WR and OL coaches.
