For those that follow recruiting - big weekend for us...

Not just the recruits that we are bringing into town - but this may be our biggest weekend, of kids not coming to MSU - BAMA's recruiting weekend.

They are scheduled to host:

Simmons
Knott
Kobe

For guys that are important to us, because they may fill up Bama's class and then not have spots for Knott, Kobe and Raekwon.

Terrell Hall - DE - If they land him, almost no chance that Kobe has an offer. Not that it really matters.
Mecole Hardman, Jr. -CB -
Demetrius Robertson- CB
Landon Dickerson - OT - He is important because he could end up getting us Stewart Reese, but only if he goes to FSU.
D'vaughn Pennamon - RB committed to bears - He is really good, we don't need him in oxford, if he goes to Bama he will get lost in the shuffle - with the bears he could be a playmaker.
Kongbo - DE - He is a JUCO DE that we were in the discussion with, hopefully he just goes somewhere out west.
Shyheim Carter - CB

As you can see 3 CB prospects, all of which I believe have a spot over Nigel. I think they are only taking 2, but I don't know that for sure.

Anyway, big weekend for us, both here in Starkville and in Tuscaloosa.

I think Knott is the only one we need to watch this weekend. Simmons & Kobe won't do anything this weekend & Kobe is a Dawg anyway.

I think we are really trending with Knott, but we don't need to Bama to push heavily for a commitment this weekend. Just hope Knott leaves Tuscaloosa in the same situation he is currently

Robertson may be ahead of everybody on their board. I'm sure they'd try bc both are elite.

I think it is a bigger weekend for Knott. I just have a feeling that Kobe and Simmons both end up in Maroon and White

From what I've gathered as a casual observer/reader, is that we are prob going to get Nigel. I think Simmons and AJ are 50/50, with Simmons prob staying in state and AJ thinking about bama the most.
