I think he reached out to them pretty strongly as well. He has really wanted a HC job for a while now. But agree I think it would be a good hire for them as well.

He was the one Mullen sent walking home when he left after 2 weeks to go to Tenn. wasn't he? Mr. Super recruiter?

He may do well there, but at a big time school he would be Larry Porter the 2nd.

He is at a good landing spot for him. If he does really well I could see him going up another notch but I agree, if he had went straight to a bigger school he would have had issues. Also, depends on who he brings on to coordinate the offense and defense. But for them, it seems like a really good hire.
