This is a big deal guys. You can lie to the NCAA and have no consequences but you better not lie in court. You can hide a paper trail form the NCAA but when it comes to the law and courts during the discovery phase you cannot not hide anything. You have to give everything to the other side. A lot of schools are probably worried. If you get caught with holding info during the discovery phase your ass in is deep trouble.

This is really going to get deep and there are probably more schools then ULL and Ole Miss that could get caught up. There's going to be a lot of crap get out to the public. This could end up being bigger then the U. Colorado deal with the hookers and all.

there is no doubt about that. The President of ULL is kivid about what happened and feels that somebody had to have known something. Had ULL known of the issue with saunders, ULL would not have hired him.

The blame needs to spread around.


I hope when the UNC, um, and the ACT case is over, the nasty underside of college sports is exposed and this at least this area is fixed
