About where I'd expect. Late season blowouts killed us. NMU, finished 10th, 15th in USA today.

The pollsters are just trash.

I'll eat my cowbell if we aren't one of the best 25 teams. We are actually one of the best 20.

Just a shame how political it becomes

Someone should look up when the last 9 win SEC teams wasn't ranked in the final top 25.

Both Vandy teams were in year's past

Well, I just found the answer through a quick Wiki search of final SEC standings

MSU is the 1st SEC with at least 9 wins to finish unranked since 2003 Arkansas, who went 9-4.

What's funny is that Arkansas did it two years in a row. They finished unranked & 9-4 in both 2002 & 2003

Why is Ole Miss not ranked #1???****

Shouldn't there be some articles and blogs coming out soon that shame the AP for not ranking them #1 since they beat Alabama. Happened in 2008!!

Could be worse. How would you like to be 10-3 UGA coming in at #26?? Has any P5 10 win team ever not been Top 25?

Western Kentucky? Smh. Check out our common opponents and remember that WKU was lucky to barely beat Vanderbilt...

The Big 10 ended up with 6 teams ranked & the SEC had 5.

Did any of these pollsters watch the bowl games? Sheesh

Yes..and they were ranked in the final regular season poll... won their last 5 games.
That's how to poll works. They aren't going to bounce a team from the top 25 that won 11 games...

Are we a Top 25 team if the finally rankings were truly 1-25... Probably...
But the polls don't work like that.
