Any on the speed of the college hiring process?

Just general stuff that I saw. Give more research that you come up with on your own than just what is asked for. How that GA's don't make as much but are more important to the staff because they are coaches on the field as well. That if your head coach is not helpful and proud for you getting opportunities elsewhere, then you are not working for the right guy. Be ready to move in 30 min notice. May have said a lot more in the forum but that's some of what was tweeted. By multiple places.
