Getting a lot of love today. Just caused a safety in his first start

Joe Buck just said that Preston lead all rookies with 8 sacks. Also had more sacks over last 3 weeks of season than anybody else.
He looks like a future Pro Bowler.

Yeah, they said he has lead the NFL in sacks the last 3 games of the season

There's no question he's a future pro bowler

KJ had a good game earlier today. We've got some defensive studs in the NFL. Can't wait until we get more on the offensive side.

Yeah, between Smith, Cox, Wright, McPhee, BMac & Slay. All had great years. Add Chris Jones & Redmond to that group soon.

Wish Redmond could run the combine. I wanted to see if he was faster than Slay

Whatever. Can't be that good. He was a two star recruit.

Under Mullen...

DLU?- Fletcher Cox, Josh Boyd, Kyle Love, Pernell McPhee, Denico Autry, PJ Jones, Kaleb Eulls, Preston Smith?, (potentially Chris Jones, Ryan Brown, AJ Jefferson, Nelson Adams, Nick James)

LBU?- Jamar Chaney, Chris White, KJ Wright, Cam Lawrence, Deontae Skinner, Matt Wells, Benarderick McKinney, Preston Smith?, (potentially Benniquez Brown, Richie Brown, Gerri Green, etc.)

Long way to go but I've heard a lot of good things about Leo Lewis and Fletcher Adams. Jamal Peters is probably a three year guy and then I think Bryant and McLaurin will be NFL guys as well.

We just need to keep building this program. Don't freak out over OM's temporary success off one signing class. When they go down they'll be looking to bring someone with them and we will be their easiest target if we go "all in". Keep putting guys in the NFL at a high clip and keep winning and we will one up.

We really only need to recruit and develop o-linemen better.

I know dead horse- but that's ultimately what is holding us back.

The fastest that year - ran a 4.29. For comparison, Jerious ran a 4.32.

Consider this: We are about to have put at least one player at every position on the field in the NFL via the Draft under Mullen except OL. Multiple players everywhere except QB and that's because 1) Mullen inherited Lee & Relf and 2) Tyler Russell being made of glass. It's shocking just how bad our OL crootin has been in comparison.

Agreed....and because you play 5 of them, but we can't even get 1 good enough to go pro

Derek Sherrod?

Sherrod was recruited by Croom. Gabe Jackson was signed by Mullen but mostly recruited by Croom.
