They are on schedule as of now. Once the season wraps up and the concrete is all done you will see people work around the clock more. There's a huge penalty if they aren't finished on time.

I dont know, this camera angle doesnt do it justice. If you could see the entrance to the north side that is moving pretty quickly with facade and stuff up pretty much everything left from this camera angle is concrete which could b done fairly quickly.

I wouldn't take anything you are "hearing" as gospel from anyone other than Stricklin. The landscaping can be done very, very quickly. It might take months to fully take shape though, much like the hedges in Davis Wade....

If you haven't seen the pictures posted on Monday, you need to check them out. They will be down to punch list items and possibly a few signs - things that won't impact the use of the stadium or the fan experience. 100% - maybe not. But, the great fear of an incomplete project is way off base, and have been for the past 3-4 months.

Online ticket sales through Hailstate.com has been suspended..... that's ALL tickets, not just student tickets. You can't buy any season tickets or individual game tickets right now. I don't think that's related to the stadium construction/completion at all.

It's laughable that anybody would think it is. All the seating is, for all intents and purposes, done in the stadium expansion. There are some details that are not completed but that doesn't keep someone from watching a game. It just may not make it as pleasant

this is just a ignorant stance to take. The athletic director of our university specifically said that the date of completion and the date we would be given the keys to our new stadium was tomorrow. So either that is true or not.

It's all good. I've had a feeling since I got to Starkville in July that it wouldn't be done completely in time. I've always felt like it would be serviceable though. They'll get back in there after we play UAB and go on the road for two straight weeks and then have an off week. It should be done by the time we play A&M on Oct. 4.

I made my point that i disagreed, in his mind the endzone saying Hail State instead of Mississippi State creates a better marketing platform vs people identifying with THE NAME OF OUR SCHOOL.
I just really think its overkill when there is a banner that will be any overhead shot that captures the end zone that already says Hail State.

The expansion is amazing! The first thing I noticed though is they left that one spot right under the construction cam uncovered so it's still neon green. Annoyed the **** out of me!
